Describe Yourself:The peaceful setting of my farm in the Red River Valley often inspires me to paint my countryside in words. Please come and visit at www.robinfalls.com. I am an honors graduate from Texas A&M University with a BS in Computer Science and a Minor in English. After years of working on software projects related to the welfare of children, I retired and pursued my love of writing children's books. I am married. My husband, of 40 years, and I have two grown children and four grandchildren. I write with family members for our company, Robin Falls Children's Stories. I am the author of all our stories. I write the initial story. My husband, daughter, and daughter-in-law then edit my story and insert their vision. My husband has a degree in Aerospace Engineering and my daughter has a degree in Elementary Education. I feel blessed to have my family's insight and creativity added to the stories. All of our books are family oriented, targeted for ages 2 to 10. They tell a story that is easy for a beginning reader to read, yet leaves them with a sense of accomplishment. Many include grandparents, as well as parents. None give a lecture but all have happy endings. Our books are loaded with colorful illustrations and are just simply fun to read. Also, we have started to translate some of our books into Spanish.

Hello April,
I read one of your posts the other day where you said, "only in America can you go from being raised in poverty to being in the $250000 tax bracket".
Why in America? It's this sort of attitude that makes Americans disliked all over the world. What makes America so special?
I'm British, was raised as an only child in a single parent family whilst my mother was a full time nursing student (on a free government grant). We had nothing other than a one bedroom apartment for 6 years. My mother now works as the CEO for a major charity and I am now earning over 250,000 pounds (equivalent to half a million dollars) per year as management consultant. I own houses in the UK and Australia worth over 2 million pounds and i spend my time living between both countries.
There is a world outside of America. There's even countries that aren't full of terrorists.
God Bless Great Britain, Austraia, Germany, France, Canada, Spain, Japan, Italy, New Zealand, South Africa, Ireland, Norway, Sweden etc etc.
Yours kindly,
Tyson Bennett
